Our olive oil is produced from the latest season premium Australian olives, cold pressed and blended to our own special recipe. Our oil is of medium intensity, fruity and completely smooth on the palate. We maintain the highest level of freshness and provide our customers with consistent first class olive oil.
Each season the olives are picked, cold pressed within 4 hours and kept in temperature controlled stainless vats until we are ready to pack the olive oil into our 5 litre recycled and recyclable containers for our customers.
This Mediterranean process of combining traditional with modern practices guarantee that our foodies olive oil is always fresh. It maintains the antioxidants in the olive oil that are so good for us and been used for over 5000 years.
