Online orders

When will my order be delivered?

Orders are delivered approximately 2 working days following receipt of payment.
Orders placed with schools and clubs will be delivered on a pre-arranged date. Please check with your school/club to confirm.
Can I cancel my subscription at any time?

Yes! There are no contracts or minimum terms that apply to your order.
How are my personal details kept secure?

Our website uses SSL to ensure all connections to and from our website are encrypted. Payments are processed through our third-party payment gateway – Wordline – and we never see or store your credit card details.
